it's a mexican restaurant in a small town no ones heard of run by a guy who has no idea what he's doing but it's actually delicious.
shane on colby is literally what shane did on colby over the last 18 months
every piece of furniture has been randomly placed for maximum whyness
the decor has been carelessly placed to give the illusion of a clue
a large outdoor courtyard out the back has seating for a shitload of people but shane still constantly forgets anyones out there
street side dining out the front creates the perfect mess when the staff haven't checked it & dirty plates line the benches
margaritas from 7am for the dedicated or coffee & breakfast for the non alcoholics
margaritas from 12pm for the risk takers or lunch for the non alcoholics
margaritas from 5pm for the "non" alcoholics or dinner for the non alcoholics
really it was just a brain fart that sharted
i hope you enjoy it as much as shane does

Isabella Billson’s story is somewhat unknown…
In the mid 1850’s women weren’t part of the public picture. We know that she accompanied her husband George as they moved from England to California in search of fortune amongst the goldfields. The chase then took them to Bendigo, Australia, before Beechworth. Here they built a brewery, a business, a brand and a legacy that has lasted until today.
We toast Isabella with the finest spirits, crafted into contemporary cocktails by our talented staff. Her gin - a specialty small batch spirit aged for 3 months in Muscat barrels - appears in the signature 50/50, a gentle approach to a classic martini.
Chef Douglas Elder’s seasonal menu of dishes to to share provides the perfect match. The wine list is exclusively sourced from the surrounding wine regions of Beechworth, Rutherglen and the King Valley.

    Friendly welcoming service. Beautiful wine glasses and a wide choice of wines by the glass or bottle. Cocktails also available The menu was great for sharing starters and entrees. We had the special salmon appetiser as well as smoked pork skewer, both delicious. All courses fresh quality produce prepared to enhance natural flavours. We loved the homemade mini magnums. Will definitely return.

    The atmosphere was amazing, the food was quick and yummy! Our waitress was beyond amazing, she was so lovely and personable. Made us feel so welcome! She had short bleached hair, she was awesome! Overall such a nice place to have an event
