Housed in a beautifully reimagined grain store just steps from Mornington’s Main Street, Wildgrain Mornington is a restaurant and bar built on a deep respect for the land, a love of quality produce, good local wine, and genuine connection.
Curated by Head Chef Leo Howard, our menus evolve with the seasons, celebrating a seed-to-plate philosophy. Much of our produce is organically grown on our own farm, and we work closely with local suppliers who share our commitment to quality and sustainability.

Whether you’re gathering for a quiet dinner, a long lunch, or a special celebration, Wildgrain Mornington offers a collection of beautiful, inviting spaces designed for connection and lasting memories — beside the fireplace, at the cocktail bar, nestled into a velvet banquette, or amongst the leafy greenery of our open-air, fully covered Greenhouse.

Open for Lunch & Dinner, Wednesday to Saturday. Walk-ins are welcome, though we recommend making a reservation.

                                            I had the fried fish with hand cut chips best ive had in Aus, ive been spoilt with the best fish and chips been from the north of England, mushy pease and vining at would have added to the experience, my wife had the steak, that was excellent too

                                            This restaurant is consistently great. Service, food and quality of food is great. Trout is amazing. Nothing is too much and we always feel welcomed. Great spot. A must if yiu ike healthy food with good ingredients.

                                            Food was excellent. Service was very good, but one of our party did joy receive dessert (and we forgot as it was the only one ordered). The biggest issue was clearing and mopping around us as we were the last in at 21.30.

                                            Absolutely Amazing! We celebrated my daughter's graduation and shared multiple dishes, along with a couple of specials. The food, drinks and the service was outstanding. Could not have asked for a better experience.
