Perspective dining is a modern gastronomic tasting menu experience, a closed-door 12-seat chef table dining space, our chefs will take you on a unique culinary journey. Perspective Dining will offer cutting-edge tasting menus seasonally from 3 courses to 9 courses, a plant-based menu as well as a protein-based menu. Perspective Dining will be collaborating with local farmers and suppliers to ensure that our vision of uncompromised, no holds barred excellence and sustainability is showcased in our food.

We are a brewhouse & grill tucked away in north Brisbane creating seasonal and experimental brews, offering a selection of QLD made spirits and serving up a bold cup of coffee alongside our tasty grill menu.
Our drinks menu is built of products from Queensland based artisans from Brisbane locals - Cavaliers Coffee Roasters, Tour De Tea & Spencers Vodka, Witches Falls Winery in Tamborine Mountains and Wildflower Gin & Capricorn Rum on the Gold Coast with many more to be added to the list.
We feature up to 6 brews at a time, consisting of our two core beers and other specialty brews which change seasonally and can also include some interesting flavour combinations. We also love to feature other local breweries from Brisbane.
Our food menu is the perfect accompaniment to a few schooners or a glass of wine and features classic comfort food options freshly made over hot coals.
