   Outstanding lunch with a work group of 8. Service was attentive, fun and professional. Food and wine suggestions were perfect. Value for money exceptional. Ambience and attention to detail throughout creates a warm and welcoming environment. Topped off with a shop next door for some treasures to take home. Already planning the next trip!

   10/10 for everything at Merricks. A beautiful and warm atmosphere with attentive service and even more delicious food. Best food and wine we have had in a long time. Great value for money too. We had such a wonderful time we can’t wait to return. Keep up the awesome work Merricks team.

   Had a lovely Mother’s Day experience! Beautiful brunch, prompt service but also didn’t ’circle back’ to offer more drinks or coffees throughout the meal. All staff were lovely and helpful.

   A lovely spacious restaurant with a great atmosphere. Food is always very good and staff are are very helpful and friendly. There is a cosy open fire which is lit on the cooler days. Highly recommend this place.

   Love love love MGS! We have been coming for over 10 years and know most of the staff now and it feels very welcoming whenever we visit and the food and service is top notch every time

    Great lunch today at Merricks. Food was excellent as it has been for a while now, service was exceptional, the young waitress we had was delightful: helpful and personable. The wine was equally good Sun shining through the grape vines really topped things off
