- MMairiToronto / Ontario •10 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoTruly an exceptional experience on all fronts. Knowledgeable, attentive, but not intrusive servers, incredible food, delicate cocktails. Our first visit but definitely not our last. Even as a couple who doesn’t eat red meat or pork, there was so much delicious variety. And you have to get the basque cake!!!! 10/10 all around perfection.More infoBar IsabelPrice: Very Expensive• Spanish• Little Italy / College St.•4.8
- VValerieToronto / Ontario •4 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe wonderful service began with complimentary sparkling wine when we walked in the door and didn’t end until we left. Our server, Allan was attentive without hovering. There was a slight delay delivering one of our meals and Allan went above and beyond to make it right, even though we had not complained and were not bothered by it. The food was incredible with some of the highlights being the tuna poke bowl, the udon carbonara and what my daughter described as the best mashed potatoes she had ever had in her life. Highly, highly recommend!More infoJOEY King StPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Financial District•4.8
- JJosephToronto / Ontario •25 reviews4.0Dined 3 days agoHave to say, the food and service were excellent. The sommelier helped us pick a great wine. I ordered the lamb tartare and the Surf & Turf, both were excellent. Had the butterscotch pudding for dessert and loved it. Also, the prices, while not cheap, were fair and reasonable IMO. Just two things, when you go, take cab or a rideshare as the parking around there is abysmal. The other, I describe myself as 'husky' and I had a hard time fitting in the booth . If you are plus sized, ask for a regular table with chairs.More infoGeneral PublicPrice: Expensive• Canadian• The Junction•4.7
- JJessicaVietnam •8 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThe food was delicious! I am always pleasantly surprised and delighted by the inventive use of ingredients and the contrasts of textures and flavours. The service was excellent: friendly, helpful and efficient. The room is bright, thoughtful and comfortable but unpretentious. I love Donna’s and will keep coming back!More infoDonna'sPrice: Expensive• Contemporary European• The Junction•4.8
- LLouiseVIPToronto / Ontario •2 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoThe service was exceptional. The restaurant is calm and relaxing with a contemporary yet traditional feel. And the food! Where to start? My friends and I ordered from the Winterlicious menu. We shared the dips and hot mezzes and salads. We were full by then. Everything was not only beautifully presented but delicious. Our mains were amazing. The lamb shank fell off the bone and the skewers were beautifully seasoned. Dessert time. We were truly stuffed but there is always room for dessert. I had the shabbayat. Light and crispy philo with a delicious cream. Those who got that ice cream and pudding were equally thrilled with there choices. Will be back again and again.More infoAmal RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Lebanese• Yorkville•4.7

Discover Toronto
With population rates soaring in recent years, Toronto has a developed a melting pot of a cuisine in style and flavor. With influences as broad as Korea, Venezuela, Ethiopia, and Eastern Europe, you’ll find both big-named cheffy establishments side-by-side authentic global fare. Frequently used as a backdrop for TV and movies set in New York City, this cosmopolitan food destination is not unlike NY in its serious variety, in particular in the Asian realm (a sector not to be missed on any trip to Toronto) and ubiquity of quality hotdogs. A stroll through Kensington Market showcases the city’s best food finds in a matter of a few blocks that is wholly immersive. And like NYC, if you’re hungry for it, you can find it in Canada’s biggest city.
