Excellent service, fantastic food. Great atmosphere.

We have been to Ocean prime many, many times.. food, ambiance, service were always outstanding. Tonight, on a Monday night, the service was really bad. Mathew, our waiter, was just rushing us through. He literally was taking plates from in-front of us while we are still holding the forks. Between appetizers and main course he just put the silverware on a tablecloth that had so many bread crumbs. One of the martini glass was chipped. But the worse was literally like he was trying to get us out of there, and sure enough, we were out of there in an hour, at most. I love this place, but they need to work on training their new waiters that this is not Red Lobster.

Another great meal and the service was outstanding!!! Really a great Monday business meal. Thank you.

Rodney our server was the best! We had an amazing experience. He was very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. He made sure we had everything we needed. He made great recommendations and made us feel welcome!

We eat here at least once a month especially during performances at the Straz. We had Mark as our server yesterday and he did a great job. I have not had the chicken breast dish in quite a while so tried it again. The risotto was perfectly cooked as was the garlic spinach (it’s not good when it’s overcooked and flabby). The chicken portion was perfect and the sauce kept it juicy. Can’t forget the key lime stack dessert! Yum!😋
