Sabayon

Open since August 2023, Sabayon is the project of Marie-Josée Beaudoin and Patrice Demers. A 16-seat micro restaurant located in Pointe St-Charles.
In the evening, from Thursday to Saturday, discover a surprise 6-course mostly pescetarian tasting menu featuring seasonal products, the vast majority of which are local. The cuisine focuses on vegetables, fish and seafood.
On Friday and Saturday afternoon, a Tea Time menu is offered.

Located in Ville Saint-Laurent near the Bois-Franc REM station, Marmo is designed for both casual dining and memorable occasions.
