Absolutely 10/10
The owner, Tony, made us feel right at home, as if we were regulars.
Stopped for happy hour first - great deal - and then enjoyed a dinner after. My girlfriend who doesn’t even like sweets, was blown away by the yuzu tart - sensational.
Happy hour:
- Oysters (2 dozen, 10/10)
- Tuna Crudo (8/10)
- Steak Frites (8/10 steak, 10/10 frites)
- Sancerre (10/10, especially for happy hour of $12.5 per glass)
Dinner:
- Escargot (9/10)
- Potato Dauphine w/ Caviar (9.5/10)
- Steak Tartare (9.5/10)
- Sancerre (still 9.5/10)
- Pinot Noir (9.5/10)
Dessert:
- Yuzu Tart (10/10, spectacular)
- Sauternes (9.5/10)
Tony was kind enough to give us complimentary champagne “to go” to finish our night - truly a wonderful host.
Will absolutely come back, the question is only when this week or next!
