Absolutely 10/10 The owner, Tony, made us feel right at home, as if we were regulars. Stopped for happy hour first - great deal - and then enjoyed a dinner after. My girlfriend who doesn’t even like sweets, was blown away by the yuzu tart - sensational. Happy hour: - Oysters (2 dozen, 10/10) - Tuna Crudo (8/10) - Steak Frites (8/10 steak, 10/10 frites) - Sancerre (10/10, especially for happy hour of $12.5 per glass) Dinner: - Escargot (9/10) - Potato Dauphine w/ Caviar (9.5/10) - Steak Tartare (9.5/10) - Sancerre (still 9.5/10) - Pinot Noir (9.5/10) Dessert: - Yuzu Tart (10/10, spectacular) - Sauternes (9.5/10) Tony was kind enough to give us complimentary champagne “to go” to finish our night - truly a wonderful host. The service was phenomenal. From our first entrance, to the server taking amazing pond view photos at the end of the night. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable. The whole staff really went above and beyond to make our birthday celebration special. The food was nothing less than outstanding. Each dish had complex flavors and amazing presentation. The wine pairing was a perfect addition as well. Highly recommend, especially for a quiet, cozy, romantic evening. It’s such a unique setting in the park, a space unlike any other fine dining in Chicago.

Maple and ash is always my go to spot for a celebration or a upscale restaurant the ambiance and staff are incredible and everything I’ve ever ordered has always been 1000 out 10 I’m so grateful to spend birthdays here and celebrate my mom special day thank you Maple I’ll see you guys soon !

A lovely evening at the beautiful Waldorf Astoria! We came with girlfriends before the theater to enjoy the elegant, timeless atmosphere. We ordered cocktails and a few bites, and everything was fresh and delicious. Beautifully presented drinks, warm and attentive service, and a wonderful ambiance. Exactly what we wanted for a stylish evening with friends before the theater. the rainy weather emphasizes warm atmosphere Highly recommend!

Love everything about Beaumont - the vibe, service, and food are all fantastic! So happy to have this gem in our neighborhood. Definitely try the wine list, mussels, and burgers, but save room for the truffle pudding cake. It’s to die for!

    This was an excellent dinning experience. Chef's dishes were creative and delicious. The wine pairing fit perfectly with each course. I highly recommend anyone that is staying in Lake Geneva to enjoy this experience.

    Our waitress Rosa was excellent. Great service awesome personality great recommendations. We had a quick dinner prior to going to the musical down the block. Moms 90th birthday and great singing voices as well

    What a great find in Evanston! It was truly one of the best meals we've ever had. There were 7 of us and numerous people remarked that their appetizer or meals where the best they had ever had. From the lovely waitstaff, to drink selection, to the dessert, everything was special. We will definitely be back!
