    Useless. They cancelled our lunch booking for 8 people the night before because they had no staff. I had heaps of fun trying to organise something else on a Sunday night…. Just go to Dicks Hotel. Better food and way more reliable.

    We love the Balmain but the food is not as good as it was. Menu is fine, live somewhere that has good old pub grub but the quality has fallen dramatically in the last few months

    We went to have dinner and see a band - Big Mama & The Charm Offensive. The band were absolutely outstanding, everyone was up dancing and it was a friendly, fun and fantastic night. We had pizza which was yummy, the staff were friendly and helpful, loved the pub itself. It was fabulous.

    The menu online was not the same as the menu in store, it was significantly smaller. I had people with strict dietary requirements who could only eat a salad because their menu items were no longer being served. The food was also subpar, wouldn’t recommend.

    A very comfortable Pub with the ambience and friendliness of the best beachside Holiday destination Pubs of the north coast. Close your eyes and get a dose of old Byron Bay before it was too hip for its own good.
