The TAvern is always a great experience. I had the shrimp and grits, and my wife had the scallops. Soooooo good! Faith was our server and she was amazing. Our daughter just graduated PSU and we are really bummed we won’t have regular access to this amazing establishment going forward!!! Five stars always.

Excellent servers and waitstaff at this restaurant (and bar too). Everyone was engaging, helpful, and wanted to help make our time there great. Our food was really good, and only marked as 4 because our lobster bisque was early at room temperature. The bisque was poured into the bowl at the table, so perhaps that bowl was cold and it drew heat from the bisque. In any case, it was still very enjoyable and we would order everything we had again. PLUS, I’m quite certain if we had asked, they would have provided a fresh hot bowl, no questions asked. That is the level of care and service at Lionne. Our mains were scallops with bucatini and fried walleye with fondant potatoes and butter caper sauce. Both were so good. Lionne is definitely worth checking out!

ASG has really hit its stride, consistently providing high-quality dining. We appreciate how the menu has something fantastic for everyone’s taste, from hard-core carnivores to vegans. We were there a few weeks ago, and I just had to return for another hit of their sumac honey carrots with goat cheese labneh, and more. The risotto with forged ramps was delicious. Go ASAP if you are interested, because that is definitely a seasonal dish.

Excellent food and service to celebrate a birthday. We had our own area of the restaurant that was apart from other diners that gave us nice privacy. The Ale House is one of our go to restaurants for great food and a casual atmosphere.

Dining on a Sunday night, when most students are gone, was really different! Food was good, service was good. It’s a great little restaurant in town!
