Portland Restaurants

A highlight of our family road trip on the Great Ocean Road. We were lucky enough to stay upstairs in the Merrijig attic rooms, to enjoy a pre-dinner drink in the little snug, and then to eat both dinner (outstanding) and breakfast (also outstanding) at the inn. We will remember the warm hospitality, atmosphere and character, service and sense of love for the property. Thanks to Liz and all the Merrijig team for an excellent stay in Port Fairy, we won't forget it.

Delicious food, good tunes, great staff and delicious cocktails! Loved it and will certainly dine there again.

Great atmosphere great meal for the price will recommend it to friends

The Dining Area is beautifully present. Small menu but everything on the menu was delish & well presented. Can highly recommend the swordfish Full Table service & friendly waiter staff. We we're there on a Friday Night so was quite loud but not unbearable.

What a lovely experience with the wonderful view of the lake, bird life and Kooyong tank education about the life cycles of the eel. The service was friendly and gracious, the meal presentation outstanding and the flavours wonderful
