The soup dumplings were extremely flavorful and not too doughy and the amount of soup inside was just right….not so much that it went everywhere when we bit into them on the spoon. The sesame noodles had the right amount of sauce and were fresh. The shrimp with garlic sauce had the right spice level…not too spicy.
