Chef Dario was an incredible host, and his details about the dishes and wines served with the food added significantly to the experience. Every single dish was a star and it’s hard to choose which one was my favorite. As for the wine, I am not a wine drinker but every one was expertly paired with their respective dishes, and even better did not leave me with any sort of grogginess the following day.
