Chef Dario was an incredible host, and his details about the dishes and wines served with the food added significantly to the experience. Every single dish was a star and it’s hard to choose which one was my favorite. As for the wine, I am not a wine drinker but every one was expertly paired with their respective dishes, and even better did not leave me with any sort of grogginess the following day. Great combination of flavors and options. The beets and beef in the appetizers were fantastic. Almost ordered another round of the beets. Del Alma salad was delicious, as were our mains - duck and chicken. Even better than the food was our sweet waiter - Jeremy, I believe. So friendly and helpful.
