Here is a polished, copy-pasteable review for your dining experience. An Absolute Gem – Felt Like We Were Back in Rome! What an outstanding dining experience from start to finish! The menu has fantastic options, but the absolute highlight was finding out our favorite Cacio e Pepe was available as an off-menu item, which our wonderful waitress took the time to explain to us. We ordered that along with the pork cotaletta, veal saltimbocca and all the sides. The service here is truly top-tier. Every single member of the staff was incredibly attentive and lovely, from the front head waitress to each person who looked after our table. It was a bit loud inside due to the music, but the team didn't blink when we asked to move outdoors. The outside seating has a gorgeous ambience that instantly transported us back to Rome. While our table was on the smaller side, it didn't impact our night at all—the waitstaff actually seemed to love the challenge of the "table juggle," handling it with so much grace and good humor! To top it all off, the desserts are absolutely to die for. When it started to rain, the staff quickly and seamlessly moved us to a more sheltered table so we could enjoy the rest of our night in comfort. Ending the evening with a birthday candle in my tiramisu was the perfect final touch. I cannot wait to go back! Thank you to the incredible team for a memorable night.

Tokyo Bird is a little gem where creativity meets craftsmanship! 🍸✨ It’s refreshing to see a bar that genuinely pushes the boundaries of mixology, experimenting with innovative cocktails and taking their talents to competitions. The bartenders are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, crafting beautifully complex drinks with fascinating layers of flavour. Every cocktail feels like a little adventure for the taste buds. Clearly, these birds know how to fly beyond the ordinary! 🐦🥃
