Best Brunch Restaurants in Clarington

Always a pleasure coming to Old School! The food is delicious, and there’s such a great variety of options to choose from. A lovely brunch spot on Dundas West that never disappoints. Highly recommend! 😊

Baro pleasantly surprised us as first time guests. Our hosts beyond accommodating. We will return. The Casa Frita was exceptional.

I had some pretty high expectations coming into Aloette based on other reviews and it's pedigree. I can easily say that my expectations were met and exceeded. The food was top-notch quality and portions were generous. We started with the Beef Tartare and Grilled Sourdough, which ranks as one of the top ones we have ever had. Our server encouraged sharing dishes which I agree is the best approach. Our "mains" were the Black Truffle Burger and Aloette Fried Chicken. Again, both are a MUST! I was ready to lick the plate clean with no shame involved! The service was Michelin caliber but at a more "down to earth" approach. Very attentive, very informative without being too in your face. A perfect balance in my opinion. Atmosphere was lively but relaxed. I cannot confirm or deny our celebrity sighting as well... Overall, Aloette easily put its place in our memories and I would have no reservations (although you should make one well in advance as seating is limited) to recommend to anyone! Thanks again for a memorable anniversary evening Aloette! PS. Do yourself a favour and have their Old Fashioned...pushing itself into my Top 3!

We hadn’t been here in sometime, so it was a nice surprise to sit in the dining area overlooking the course. We all enjoyed our food, I had a burger and it was great! Their house sauce is very good. Our server was excellent. I feel like this would be great for a family get together. It’s a nice atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

Enjoyed our first time at this restaurant. Great service and food. Went before a show and had enjoyed the chicken schnitzel, which had a ratatouille side included that really made the dish, and a lovely chocolate mousse dessert, along with a happy hour drink cocktail happening between 5 & 7 pm.
