Join us in our Wednesday through Saturday for our reservation-only prix fixe tasting menu, this is a multi course prix fixe meal with optional curated beverage pairings - NA beverage pairings are also available. The menu changes every five weeks and no course is ever repeated. The regular menu price is $130 per person, and the pairing is $40 per person. On Saturdays at 6pm, we offer our standard menu, while the 9 pm service is known as Supper Club. Supper Club features an unpublished menu for $99, and $25 beverage pairings.

Exquisite. Culinary storytelling by all members of the staff, and an intriguing concept for a menu. The name implies but one is essentially sitting at one long communal table with other diners. The service was impeccable and so thoughtful. Even the waiting spaces are thoughtfully curated; after dinner I bought one of the artist’s works on view; the gallery aspect is so beautiful. This was a memorable and lovely birthday experience we’ll remember fondly. Highly recommend.

Welcome to Vincenzo Trattoria! We are Natasha and Colton, the new owners as of December 2024. We are so excited to carry on the legacy of authentic Italian cuisine in the Treasure Valley.

Like so many of our customers, the handmade pasta, the wonderful aromas, and the commitment to authentic Italian food is really what drew us in to the restaurant – and we knew our family had to be a part of it. We continue to make all bread and pastas in-house from scratch daily, as well as homemade sauces, hand-rolled meatballs, and nightly dinner specials using locally sourced meats and produce.

Our vision was to establish a place where families can gather, couples can celebrate, friends can reconnect, and everyone can enjoy a taste of authentic Italy. Epi's is a small, family-owned business in the heart of old Meridian. My wife and I have been long time customers for over twenty years. Countless celebrations there. It is Basque food prepared from scratch and quality wait service where they make you feel like family. This place is very popular and has a loyal following. Reservations are a must. For a more intimate experience for four or more, ask for the patio room I lovingly call the Passion Pit. These folks are hardworking and really want to earn your business. Cost is $$$ but well worth it in my opinion.

Another wonderful meal at Terroir - great service from Bob, attentive but never intrusive. Smoked trout, pickled onion, butter rye - excellent. Steak frites again - can’t be beat. We’ll be back again and again.
