Welcome to Vincenzo Trattoria! We are Natasha and Colton, the new owners as of December 2024. We are so excited to carry on the legacy of authentic Italian cuisine in the Treasure Valley.

Like so many of our customers, the handmade pasta, the wonderful aromas, and the commitment to authentic Italian food is really what drew us in to the restaurant – and we knew our family had to be a part of it. We continue to make all bread and pastas in-house from scratch daily, as well as homemade sauces, hand-rolled meatballs, and nightly dinner specials using locally sourced meats and produce.

Our vision was to establish a place where families can gather, couples can celebrate, friends can reconnect, and everyone can enjoy a taste of authentic Italy. Whether it’s a special occasion, a casual weeknight dinner, or just a craving for the best Italian food and wine in Boise, we welcome you to our trattoria!

Sun Valley’s original restaurant, The Ram has been warming and welcoming diners since 1937. This rustic-yet-elegant dinner house has been recently modernized, while still preserving its historic charm. Pianist Larry Harshbarger brings a classic ambiance to the room with gentle melodies played on our resident baby grand piano. Travel back in time with the nightly “Heritage Menu”—a series of historic dishes such as pork tenderloin schnitzel, Hungarian goulash, and the famous Ram fondue—resurrected from the restaurant’s long and storied culinary tradition.

A credit card is required to hold your reservation. Should your plans change, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Last minute cancellations and no shows may be charged $25 per person.

Excellent in every way. Service, warm, friendly and attentive. Food was well prepared and delicious. Ambiance, so good with live piano music by Larry. He’s a legend. My table group highly recommend the Ram for a special evening.

House of the Little Pig is a neighborhood restaurant in East Boise with a focus on family-style dining, where every dish is meant to be shared. Our menu is built around seasonality, whole animal butchery, and a deep respect for our ingredients.

We were there again on Sunday for brunch...worth the drive from Boise! From the greeting at the door, to the prime cuts of beef, to the desserts, to phenomenal service, to the cigar and whiskey silo, this place has it all and has never disappointed. Pick up a cinnamon roll as big as your head on your way out.

We booked a table of six and then had to add additional guests a couple days before the event. XVIII was very accommodating. This was a business dinner with guests from out of town and had never been here. They loved the food, drinks and experience. Their words were everything was "amazing". Thank you for making this a very positive memorable experience for them.

We are blessed to be in this one-in-a-million location, perched on the south rim of the canyon, in the great state of Idaho, 486 vertical feet above the beautiful Snake River. We offer lunch Monday through Saturday from 11:00 to 1:30. The best happy hour in town is from 2 to 5 and full dinner service starts at 5:00. Our bar and lounge remain open until 10:00 PM.
We look forward to serving all who enjoy exceptional & delicious entrees, locally brewed craft beers, custom hand-crafted adult beverages featuring Idaho-distilled spirits, fine wines from Idaho, the Pacific Northwest and the West Coast, all of which can be enjoyed with our spectacular views!

Lovely spot. Definitely recommend reservations. Even though tables were available - having reservation allowed me to have a window seat. Server was fantastic! She gave me tips on the area as well. Food was excellent.
