Welcome to Vincenzo Trattoria! We are Natasha and Colton, the new owners as of December 2024. We are so excited to carry on the legacy of authentic Italian cuisine in the Treasure Valley.

Like so many of our customers, the handmade pasta, the wonderful aromas, and the commitment to authentic Italian food is really what drew us in to the restaurant – and we knew our family had to be a part of it. We continue to make all bread and pastas in-house from scratch daily, as well as homemade sauces, hand-rolled meatballs, and nightly dinner specials using locally sourced meats and produce.

Our vision was to establish a place where families can gather, couples can celebrate, friends can reconnect, and everyone can enjoy a taste of authentic Italy. Whether it’s a special occasion, a casual weeknight dinner, or just a craving for the best Italian food and wine in Boise, we welcome you to our trattoria!

Food was traditional Italian. Handmade pasta was outstanding. Fish special was delicious. Deserts were worth the extra calories.

My wife and I went out to the Cutthroat Club to celebrate my birthday last week, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience! While this was not the first time that we had eaten there we’d always sat in the bar, but this time we reserved a table in the dining room. Much to our surprise, while the bar was almost full, there were only a few occupied tables in the dining room, and it was very quiet and serene. What’s more, our server was extremely attentive and helpful, making suggestions and checking on ingredients for us. And when we received our main courses (I had the lamb shank and my wife had the Ahi Tuna special), we were extremely happy with the quality and quantity of our choices. Then, when it came time for desert, our server even put a candle in our order (a DELICIOUS slice of double chocolate cake) and enlisted one of her coworkers to help sing “Happy Birthday” when it was delivered to our table!! Honestly, this was one of the tastiest and best dining experiences that we’ve enjoyed in the Wood River Valley for some time, and I can’t recommend it more highly. And If it was in Ketchum, it would probably be packed every night!!!

CK’s our family owned business believes our business should be part of the solution and not part of the problem. We serve globally inspired food with an emphasis on seasonal and local ingredients. We recycle everything we can: metals, glass, paper and cardboard. Our used cooking oil goes to the local buisness man for his bio-fuel trucks. The vegetable scraps become compost for our garden. 15% of our energy is produced by our rooftop solar panels and solar hot water is on the way soon. Many of us commute to work on foot or by bike. Our food comes from several local farms and ranches and we purify our drinking water. Our goal is fresh healthy food that will feed your body and your soul.

Staff was welcoming, friendly and well informed. Food was inventive, of excellent quality, and portion sizes were generous. Ambience was relaxed, quiet and well decorated. CK's is one of our favorite restaurants for celebrating special events.

Epi's is a small, family-owned business in the heart of old Meridian. My wife and I have been long time customers for over twenty years. Countless celebrations there. It is Basque food prepared from scratch and quality wait service where they make you feel like family. This place is very popular and has a loyal following. Reservations are a must. For a more intimate experience for four or more, ask for the patio room I lovingly call the Passion Pit. These folks are hardworking and really want to earn your business. Cost is $$$ but well worth it in my opinion.
