Best Sushi Restaurants in Dovercourt Village

I went with the 7-course tasting menu and drink pairing, and it did not disappoint! Each course was explained very well, the pours were generous (no complaints there!), and the sushi, steak, and trout were outstanding. The flavors were spot on throughout. My only slight criticism was that the bartenders seemed a bit disengaged. Perhaps just a long day, which I can understand. Regardless, the food and overall experience were excellent. Definitely worth trying!

From the front of the house to our exit, everything and everyone was beautiful. The level of care and knowledge that J provided was incredible. My daughter and were extremely impressed and look forward to returning. Thank you for added touches for her birthday! Mike - merci encore! Solid team and exquisite meal though and through. Future meals at other restaurants will not and cannot compare. 10 out of 5 🌟!

What an amazing experience. From food to service to ambiance Chef Hing and his people never fail to impress. Even on a busy Leaf night, I felt catered to. Keep it up guys

Great food experience and service (Misaki)! We enjoyed our first and hopefully not last meal at JaBistro.

Always a tremendous experience - so consistently delicious and so much care. The service, warmth and quality is beautiful.
