Server was new and had to check on a few questions we had, but did a good job. The food was tasty, nice presentation, no complaints from any of us. My Huevos Rancheros were a little different than I expected: the corn tortillas were fried crispy instead of soft, but the eggs were as ordered and the red sauce was deeply flavorful, borracho beans were tasty. My daughter-in-law's Colorado Skillet looked good. Grandma loved the Avocado Toast. The fried potatoes in several of the dishes were purple/blue potatoes, which we liked. A little pricey, but what isn't now days!
