A truly beautiful patio with fire pits and heaters adding to the ambiance not distracting from it. The service was wonderful and friendly, the food was outstanding and the history added to it all. I highly recommend.

We had an excellent meal at Miro’s with our friends. The cocktails were generous in size with a well balanced taste. Their house salad is always very tasty. We each had a different entree, and I didn’t hear any complaint’s. Again, they give large portions. The wait staff is very efficient and unassuming. Our server, Grae is always outstanding. He’s one of the best in the desert. We’ll be back soon. Cheers!

We brought our friends to Willie's last evening and they were quite impressed when we were seated at the Chef's Table in the lovely private dining area. It was a perfect location for the 6 of us to chat and catch-up over drinks before dinner. Our waiter, Kevin, was terrific. Friendly, attentive without being intrusive, and a great tour guide of the menu. He recommended the Chilean sea bass, which I ordered, and it was perfectly prepared & delicious. Others enjoyed your always terrific prime rib and were also very pleased with their choice. Willie's is definitely one of our go-to restaurants in the Coachella Valley. Great food, personable staff and ice-cold cocktails all enjoyed in very comfortable surroundings.

This was an anniversary occasion for us and we have been fortunate enough to go to Copley’s for the past three years for it. From the moment we arrived, our evening was fantastic. We were greeted warmly by one of the owners almost as if we were part of their family. The entire staff, including our server Vic, are among some of the best we’ve seen. Personable, engaging, and fun without being over the top describes Vic. He is truly a jewel! Our food was delicious. From presentation to flavor, the meals were superb with one being the filet and the other being the branzini. Incredible! It’s hard to articulate just how special Copley’s is without running out of superlatives. Let’s just say that if you haven’t experienced their level of dining, you’ve truly missed out on a wonderful time.
