Best Continental Restaurants in COACHELLA – MUST HAVE VIP TICKET

This was an anniversary occasion for us and we have been fortunate enough to go to Copley’s for the past three years for it. From the moment we arrived, our evening was fantastic. We were greeted warmly by one of the owners almost as if we were part of their family. The entire staff, including our server Vic, are among some of the best we’ve seen. Personable, engaging, and fun without being over the top describes Vic. He is truly a jewel! Our food was delicious. From presentation to flavor, the meals were superb with one being the filet and the other being the branzini. Incredible! It’s hard to articulate just how special Copley’s is without running out of superlatives. Let’s just say that if you haven’t experienced their level of dining, you’ve truly missed out on a wonderful time.

Excellent as always. Service and atmosphere some of the best in Palm Springs ! Wonderful brunch experience.

Christina was the best service ever! Great personality and great good. We had so much fun dancing!!

Ate at POM with my best friend. Our semiannual Fantasy Springs girls night out. Bartender Ryan made the best Lemon Drop Martinis. Veronica was our server and was very attentive and friendly. Food was awesome as always. Filet Mignon Wedge salad is ALWAYS what I order. My friend usually also orders that. She chose the Ravioli Bolognese this time and loved it!!!

Always a pleasure to dine at Melange—from the menu to the ambience, the delicious food and outstanding service…..Melange never disappoints with stunning views and overall wonderful dining experience—we’ll be back!
