Best Contemporary Canadian Restaurants in The Junction

Our group of 4 had the utmost pleasure of being seated in Max’s section this evening and I'm not sure this restaurant's customer service can be topped. Between the Kelly’s Landing staff, food, and ambience, you can't ask for a better experience. However, it was truly our server Max working this particular evening that tied everything together to make our dinner memorable. Between the quality checks, small talk, menu knowledge, and attentiveness to our table, it's no wonder the place was packed. Our group honestly left the dinner talking about how floored we were with the service. This experience has set the bar and made regular customers of us. Thank you Kelly’s Landing team!

The covered back patio appears to be in operation year round. Heated and cozy. Service was prompt and helpful. Cocktails imaginative and fun. Food was great. The salad awesome. The meatballs (3 served with an intensely flavoured red sauce) were remarkable- the best anywhere. The nduja and shrimp pasta was terrific. My companion had the Cacio e pepe. Instead of the expected toothsome al dente bucatini, the pasta was like wide lasagna noodles wrapped in the shape of a crown. It was ok but didn’t quite provide the same effect. All in though - great. We shall return.

Always a perfect lunch. Thoughtful wine list, excellent menu, and the roast beef and mushroom sandos are undefeated.

Excellent experience with Sebastian. We had a beautiful time and he was very kind and attentive.

Not our first time at Alo Bar Yorkville but it never disappoints; great food, great service, welcoming and always has a great vibe! I would highly recommend for a fantastic dinning experience.
