This time, the service was extremely disappointing compared to my previous visits over the past six years. I was not happy with yesterday’s experience at all. I had a guest with me, and it was my wife’s birthday, so we were hoping to have a nice and enjoyable evening. We ordered lamb, but it took 30 minutes for it to arrive at our table, which is completely unacceptable. Honestly, the poor service really affected our evening, and the restaurant did not make my wife’s birthday feel special. After six years of visiting, I expected much better service. Unfortunately, yesterday’s experience was a major disappointment.

This Fair oaks Mall has always been great so we have been coming back to this same location. Our host tonight was Nathaniel and he was nothing but amazing. He brought ketchup for my 9-year old to have with her French fries. He was very attentive and kept checking on us to make sure that our favorite meat kept coming. Our table was always clean as Nathaniel kept coming to take our dirty dishes away. He made good recommendation for our Happy Hour drinks. He was professional but very friendly and funny. He made our evening! We had a great time because of Nathaniel! Thank you!!

I had another great experience at Texas de Brazil, the ambience is great. The food is even better and the services excellent. It is considered a high-end restaurant, my meal cost me a base price of $65, but when it’s all said and done, the bill can easily exceed $100, but the experience food quality is well worth it.
