We love coming to Indigo. AJ and Nish are exceptional hosts/chefs/bartenders. The food is always delicious and varied. Plenty of mocktails for those who abstain from alcohol. And their new Fried Spinach Chaat is SO yummy! Treat yourselves and try this fresh Indian food . . . not like anything you will find anywhere else in Fort Collins!

Wonderful presentation! For appetizer we had the fried cheese curds with caramel dip, it was so good. All our entree's were prepared perfectly. The special, which was Blue Fin Tuna, outstanding! The view is fabulous. Our waitress Rachel, was attentive, friendly, professional and on point. It was a wonderful evening. The restaurant was quite busy and the outdoor seating had a large party, they also have fire pits for the chilly evenings. Perfect ambiance, we could carry on our conversations without any difficulty. This will be a new go too!!
