We absolutely love Indigo! The food is spectacular, full of incredible flavors, and consistently delicious. You can truly taste the love and care that goes into every dish. The owner is such a wonderful, kind, and welcoming person who makes every visit feel special. It’s always a pleasure to dine here! Indigo is definitely one of our favorite restaurants in Fort Collins. If you love authentic, flavorful Indian food and warm hospitality, this place is a must-visit! Highly recommended! ❤️

Amazing first time visit. Our server, Dill, made us feel welcome and at home. She answered questions and offered recommendations. We ate our way through the appetizer menu, and Dill let us add the Lemon-Pepper chips to the hummus plater. Short-rib croquettes and the cheese curds were also wonderful. We will certainly go back, hopefully for lunch, when they have the tandoori turkey melt.
