Locust brings a chaotic elegance to Nashville's dining scene. Chef Trevor Moran and team carefully assemble an ever-changing menu highlighting seafood and local, seasonal products: think raw bar selection, whole grilled fish, a decadent crab omelette, a big steak, all rounded out with a somehow chewy and soft shaved ice. In November 2025, Locust was awarded a MICHELIN Star.

Lunch TASTING MENU: Friday - Sunday 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM (reservations required)
Dinner: Friday - Sunday 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM (reservations required)

We had a remarkable meal and the Bar Mar team was truly at the tippy-top of their game. Our server, Fay, was warm and engaging, cocktails were superb and felt fancy, and every morsel of food was absolutely stunning. Can’t wait to return for the tasting menu!

My wife and I came to Nashville to celebrate our 46th wedding anniversary. Dinner here beat all expectations. It was awesome! Our server was Ian who was excellent. Great recommendations and service. We both had seafood, which was delicious and was very fresh. We would definitely visit again.

We hadn’t eaten at Bonefish Grill for a while. Received a coupon for a free enter in the mail so we decided to try it again. It was delicious!! From the cocktails to the appetizers to the main course- everything was excellent. Our server was also fantastic!! We will definitely go back soon😊
