    Terrible Walked in and the girl at the front straight away went “We are closed” before I told them that we actually had a reservation. You closing the coffee machine an hour before it’s closed time is not an excuse to be rude to your customers. Kept on asking irrelevant questions and tried to dogged the fact that they stuffed up and closed the kitchen before the last reservation and asked us to “go to the next door they have live music”. How does that fix your mistake. Would not suggest anyone to book there anymore since the customer service is this bad.

    Had been to Zeppelin Kitchen many times sitting outside with the dog and enjoyed their coffee very much. Had a visitor from Adelaide staying around the corner so decided to book here for 5 of us for breakfast. All our meals were very generous and delicious so impressed. We will be back for sure. Staff were all lovely!!

    We visited on Easter weekend and received wonderful service from all of the staff. We were seated in the back courtyard which was beautiful and had a great atmosphere. All of the food was delicious and reasonably priced - lots of choice on the menu! The coffee was also really good. Will definitely visit again!

    More expensive than you average coffee shop. But... It is worth it coffee if great as well as the food quality is amazing and beautifully presented and portion size is more than enough always leave full happy and satisfied, with friendly and polite staff and always accommodating. I have a lot more positive this time say but will keep to the point 10/10.

    Perfect venue to meet with friends. We sat in the court yard to enjoy the fresh air. Tea and fruit toast were perfect . Service was excellent.
