We offer three and four course menus, highlighting the flavors of the Pacific Northwest. These menus are perfect to be served family style, or for smaller groups as a selection per course. Vaux offers one completely private room that can accommodate a maximum of 24 guests seated, or up to 40 guests for a reception style event. This fully enclosed private room comes equipped with a lounge space for a pre-dinner mingle and dining for your group. All menus are curated by Chef Sara Woods and change seasonally to reflect the products of the Pacific Northwest. Sample menus can be provided upon request. PACKAGES: All menus can be served family style (Chef Woods' recommended experience!). 3 Course Dinner - $55 4 Course Dinner - $65 3 Course Lunch - $40 All packages are exclusive of beverages, tax and gratuity.
