The food was bloody amazing, my only recommendation is that you grill the prawns and season them before putting in the pasta, it was still very delicious though! My first time here and it was excellent.

Our table was ready when we arrived. Staff were quick to see if we wanted drinks and followed up shortly after to see if we were ready to order. The restaurant was busy, so the meals came in a reasonable time.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Have dined at Vapianos Ipswich many times and have been extremely happy u til last night. Took visitors there for dinner, booked a table for 6pm due to children. The staff have changed and are not up to standard, confusion with the orders, had to be repeated and then the wrong meals were delivered. I like table service to keep people in jobs. The food when it was delivered was atrocious- uncooked/untoasted/cold bruschetta- was a plain Turkish pide style bread cut into a triangle- no oil, garlic, honey, or balsamic. Soggy from the chunky tomatoes that were thrown on top of it - no basil, a smidgen of parsley maybe. Cold. The focaccia and pizza would have been well suited for using as a tyre on your car. Alfredo pasta with burned dry grilled chicken cubes, pasta did not have a glossy, creamy texture and was overcooked. Alcohol selection had to be changed as they didn’t have the first choice of beer “cold”. The majority of cocktails were not disgusting. The strawberry margarita was the only good thing. Was given sprite instead of the pink lemonade that was ordered. All in all a dreadful night out. We will not be returning.

We had such a wonderful experience at Vapiano⁠! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh and full of flavour, with generous portions and plenty of great choices. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the staff were friendly, attentive and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. Everything came together for a really enjoyable dining experience. Fantastic food, great service and a lovely atmosphere — we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

The 2 young floor staff that served us that night were amazing, both so friendly and accommodating. They gave our friend a free Mocktail for her 11th birthday, they sang Happy birthday when they brought out her cake. It just made it an enjoyable night. I didn't get their names or I would give them a special mention but I hope they get to see this thanks.

Sophie did an amazing job with our team lunch. She managed the whole restaurant on a busy lunch day with one chef. She even let us pre-order by emailing it in. Give Sophie a raise!
