A quick and quiet business breakfast. Our reserved table was off to the side which gave us the privacy and comfort required for a productive discussion. Staff were excellent at being attentive but not intrusive.

Service was fair, server brought me a refill of my soda without me asking which was very nice. Chicken skewers were way to spicy; should add that in the description on the menu. Diet Pepsi was flat.

It’s a casual restaurant with really good food and amazing service. Our waiter was Johnson and he was amazing. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the menu. He made great suggestions for our meal and the ribeye he suggested was very good. It had great flavor, it was cooked to perfection and served with the correct temperature. A really good experience.

I booked given open table stated 1000 points for the time specified. I dined and no points were transferred to my account I messaged resto and mentioned I have a receipt to prove I dined there that day during time slot with no response. What a scam

Recommend this restaurant if staying at the Marriott. Service was attentive, friendly and efficient. The menu was interesting and the selected entrees arrived hot and favourable… duck confit was excellent as was the gnocchi. The sticky toffee pudding was excellent.

We made a confirmed reservation specifically for the Fireside Lounge; however, upon arrival, that reservation was not honored and we were seated at a table in front of the bar without prior notice or explanation. This was disappointing, particularly given that the lounge setting was the reason for our booking. Service levels throughout the evening were unacceptable. We waited approximately 15 minutes after being seated before any staff member approached our table. After orders were taken, there were 30–50 minute intervals between courses, with no proactive communication or acknowledgment of the delays. The lack of pacing, visibility, and ownership materially detracted from the experience. If the establishment is operating with staffing or capacity constraints, reservations should be managed accordingly. Accepting bookings that cannot be properly serviced reflects poorly on operational planning and guest commitment. I would appreciate a formal response outlining what occurred and how this will be addressed moving forward.
