Dining at The Old Spaghetti Factory is an experience. For decades, they have invested meticulous attention to their unique designs and authentic vintage décor. A family business since 1969, their founding philosophy — “a memorable dining experience doesn’t have to cost a lot of money” — is perhaps more relevant now than ever. Food was great, the service took awhile and they ran out of bread. Thankfully they offered alternatives for free. We had requested to sit on the trolley but it did not get accepted. Oh well! It was really loud in the restaurant but overall a great time. Our server was phenomenal.

A fun place to eat with fabulous ambience. Our server was very attentive but the speed of getting the food was EXTREMELY long. Be prepared to be there for a long time. Also did order some to go food and did not receive croutons on the salad. Barely received any bread and the chocolate cake was very stale. Always a fun atmosphere and overall food is good.

Be prepared to wait to be seated until the exact time of your reservation. Be willing to take your time to eat and spend time with family or friends. The service was good. The food was hot and delicious.

Service was excellent! Food was good , but two of us had shrimp fettuccine —- the shrimp was almost burned! It affected the flavor! The 5 other dishes were great!😊

My lobster and crab ravioli was hard and sticky- cold. But the sauce was hot. It gave me a stomach ache. The Sicilian bread (my favorite) came half not cooked enough, a quarter perfect and a quarter too burnt. The waiter was slow- I’m used to quick service there but he was very nice!

We use to go here all the time years ago. We had family come in we haven’t been there in a long time. So we were so excited to go here. The wait time was great Even with a reservation. Unfortunately all of our food was cold. Having a party of 9 got very expensive but we were fine until we all had to try to eat cold food. Our waitress was very nice but seem to be very overwhelmed with the amount of big parties she had to take care of. The soup and salad and ice cream was great. We wanted to get a manager but they never showed up. :( we won’t come or recommend this place like we did before.
