The Fitz is a busy patio whenever there are shows at the Amp and this was the case on this night we went. They should have a better system worked out for the bar. We waited for over 10 to 15 minutes for our drinks. The waitress was super busy. Maybe have some more help on hand on busy nights?

Service was awful. We were seated on time but had to ask for a server after being overlooked multiple times after 20 minutes. The table next to us had a server right away. My burger had something hard in it and I didn’t end up eating it.
