The atmosphere was great. The food was good as well. Well maintained property. I guess the patrons around us were regulars that come in often. My cousin and I were rarely checked on or asked if we needed anything. We had to flag them down or call them over to get service. Other than that it’s a geat lounge.

Billed as a bar and cigar lounge, but it runs like a library. The singer gave a slurring, drunken monologue between every song, plus a five-minute plug for his Amazon Prime show. Guests talked during the rambling, not the music, and staff responded by walking the room shushing paying customers. You can't sell a social, two-drink-minimum atmosphere and then police people for being social. Seating is the biggest problem. Only a handful of tables have a clear view of the stage, and those are "premium" seats at an upsell. Most of the room watches on a TV, and some seats in the back can't see the stage at all. The two-drink minimum counts only cocktails and beer, with a $50 fee if you fall short. Non-alcoholic drinks don't count, so anyone pregnant, on medication, or not drinking pays a penalty. Service was so thin we barely got two drinks in before the show ended. At the end, security stood by the tables to rush everyone out, straight into a jammed exit full of people taking photos with the singer. Overpriced, poor sightlines, and staff who treat guests like a problem. Would not return

Absolutely worth the wait. From the moment you walk in to the door everyone greets you with a smile. The service was quick and very professional. The show was wonderful, exceeded all of our expectations. We will definitely be going back.

We had no view (which was communicated) but on top we were put directly under the heater. It was ice and ice cold. I had to wear my expensive jacket, which I had to bring to the dry cleaners after. The singer wasn’t really feeling it and there was a big strain on his voice. You couldn’t have conversations during the performance, which I understand, but the way they were enforcing the silence was like being put in a pile of snakes. After the performance you’re thrown out directly and we when we had to pay, we didn’t really feel like paying 22% tip and that also became an issue, so we were bullied into paying the high tip. Our server did her best though all night though, so nothing of this is about her, but you’re not only tipping for service. Anyway, this is a TikTok scam and please don’t waste your money here.

FAQs

Sinatra nights and other live-show evenings are the busiest, tables fill up, waitlists and lines are common, so book early; Sunday nights tend to be quieter and more relaxed.

Business casual is the guide, aim for neat, polished clothes rather than formalwear, which fits an evening out at The Carnegie Club.

The Carnegie Club’s library‑like main lounge (rich wood, plush furnishings and a stone fireplace) seats guests at tables and sofas, with an active bar and upstairs seating that many reviewers call cozier, there’s also standing/waitlist space for show nights.

Yes, The Carnegie Club welcomes private parties, so hosting private gatherings is part of the club’s offering.

Small plates and snacks tend to be generous, guests note a "huge" cheese plate and a very generous dip-and-pita platter that travel well with drinks and cigars.

Yes, the Carnegie Club’s elegant, intimate library-like setting and live Sinatra shows make it an excellent choice for a special evening or anniversary.
