    Great menu and drinks selection. We could decide on what to order as it all sounded great so often for the Feed Me for $98pp. This was a great selection of shared entrees, meat platter with chicken, lamb & beef plus 2 sides and dessert of Basque Cheesecake. Servings were generous and delicious! We were there on a Monday night and it was quite busy so I recommend booking so you don’t miss out. Definitely recommend dining at Terra.

    We booked an early sitting (5.15pm) to allow plenty of time to get to concert nearby by 7pm. We let the server know when we ordered and checked there was time to have the “feed me” option . We were reassured it was fine. We waited then for half an hour to be served our starter and the drinks didn’t arrive until after that. We didn’t end up with the mains until after 6pm and then, despite rushing our mains and reminding service of our time limit, we were waiting for dessert come 6.35pm at which point a “take away” was offered - obviously not useful when going to a concert . We bolted the dessert in house and just got to the hall in time. I appreciate this is a busy restaurant but when we booked we were told we only had the sitting for 1hour and 15mins (which would have left us an full half hour to get to the concert hall nearby), we were on time and didn’t dally to order. We also were clear when ordering about our limits. To add, while we sat waiting for our dishes, we saw a pile of food Uber eats orders come in, be filled and leave which to be honest left us feeling pretty under valued by the establishment. Disappointing service given the fine dining prices charged.

    Was a lovely spot to take my partner. Unfortunately I ended up being severely unwell and having to leave, but the staff were extremely accommodating- they packed up the rest of our course and put it in a bag marked “get well soon”. This means a lot and certainly goes above and beyond for customer service standards!

    Whilst the good was impeccable, the same could not have been said about the service. Our booking was for a birthday at 6:30pm. 3 of our party was seated by this time. Within the first 5 minutes, the staff advised us that they have another booking for this table straight afterwards. Some of our party were a bit later, but I was not aware of a strict time attendance in our booking. And controlling the arrival time of our friends was not an expected task I have had in other restaurants. Then the staff asked us if we were ordering drinks, when we declined, she urged us to hurry as there is another booking for the table after ours. And she was "mindful of the timing". Nearing the end of our booking, we had another staff member tell us we had 30 mins and we need to finish. I hadn't finished but I left my chips and paid because of the urgency. And in their words, they apologised for "kicking you out" at the time of payment. Customers should not be made to feel that they are responsible for the booking practices of a restaurant. And not feel that the next booking is more important. Not quite the best birthday meal we've ever had. Food was fantastic though.

    We came during happy hour menu. The wagyu rump was a little chewy and dry, which was disappointing as I was expecting it to be more tender. On the other hand, my friend ordered the Rotisserie chicken and it was excellent. We also tried few other dishes out of the happy hour menu, like the salad leaves and octopus. Both were great! It started to get quite noisy around 7pm, so we were glad we arrived earlier. As the restaurant became busier, it was also a bit difficult to get the staff’s attention. Despite that, we had a great experience overall!

    Another excellent meal at Terra. People steak never disappoints and the sides are great. We had the broccolini, fried eggplant, chips and leak small plate to accompany our steak. The toum was an excellent companion with the chips and so was the jus from the steak as well as the sauce with the broccolini. Our server was attentive and responsive and we felt very well looked after. Big shout out to the team.
