I always get the filet mignon with blue butter, and my wife gets the braised short rib....then, I regret not getting that short rib dinner. That has to be one of the best things on the menu. The mac is a genuine comfort food that is soooo satisfying.

All the drinks were delicious! The ambiance was perfect for our party- we had such a great time dining together, talking and enjoying the great service! Incredible spread for $29!

The food was also fantastic omg, there was only one thing that I️ wasn’t raving about but it was still amazing. Our server was so kind and nice and helpful and helped us select amazing drinks as well! I love this STK location and the staff and the fact that they validate parking is amazingggg, lol.

                                                  The atmosphere was awesome! We have been to the STK in both Orlando and Las Vegas but the location here in Denver is at the top of the list! All of the food was great, meals we spaced out perfectly, and the service was top tier! Plenty of great options to choose from but the Wagyu Lil Burgs and the flame torched Australian Wagyu stole the show!

                                                  Great visit before hockey game so it was HH. They do a damn good job on their menu and is a wild value. Our waiter was excellent and GM Sean spent a few minutes with us to ensure everything was great and to come back post game. This visit felt different like everyone really cared to know that things were great and to come back… I hope this isn’t a sign that business is down with the economy as STK is always a fun spot with great food and drinks
