Unlike other south-east asian cuisines, Vietnamese food has influences from France. Given this influence, cooking is definitely a culmination of East meets West where meals are prepared and cooked for hours rather than flash fried.

With fresh herbs, meats and vegetables, Simply Pasteur goes one step further than other Vietnamese restaurants by crafting our plates to be for a modern-american palette. That is, our cuisine is not only designed to be elegant, but also to be flavorful and to take experience into account.

I think Pasteur is a gem. The food is delicious and a good value. The ambience is just lovely. It's large so the tables are spaced apart and the patio is beautiful. The tables and furniture are attractive. The wait staff was very helpful and friendly

Food was tasty with sauces different from each other. Server was very helpful in suggesting dishes. Service was prompt, especially since we had time pressures to get to the theater.

The food is great! Were just back from a month in SE Asia and the Pho was outstanding! We had some appetizers which were not only tasty but authentic. Yum! (I even had photos from our trip that were the same as the paintings on the wall.) Great fun.

I have been coming to pasteurs for many years to celebrate. The ambiance is really amazing. The drinks are freshly prepared. The food is so fresh. We had the signature pasteurs steak. Wow. The steak was so delicious. Perfectly tender. The Pho was beautiful. The egg rolls were so delicious and crunchy but delicate. Every bite was special. And prices were so affordable in the time we live in now please make this place your spot. Thank you for you amazing food and service Aletha Khan
