We had the tuna tartare starter which was delicious! We shared an entree, short rib over lobster Mac and cheese. It was a very large portion and so tasty! Our craft cocktails were perfectly balanced and beautifully presented. Our waiter was knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Can’t wait to go back!

Service was outstanding. Best of any restaurant we've been to in recent memory. The valet parker, hostess, server, bartender - everyone was excellent. Ambiance was very good. Only drawback was the food itself. It looked great but the taste was just so-so. We had the shrimp cocktail, which was good, not great. My wife had the short rib and said it had no taste. She didn't even try to finish it. I had the signature dish, which tasted great but one of the seafood items still had the shell attached. Kind of a hassle to have to remove the shell from the seafood in a soup. Desserts were excellent.

Beautiful space in tastefully updated historic building. Food is good quality and well presented and our waiter was outstanding. We loved that the sound level was actually peaceful. Only concern was that our wedge salad contained ingredients not listed on the menu. One was bacon. Since many folks have food restrictions, we suggested they list everything on the menu. They were receptive and understanding. Would definitely return!

As usual, the food and service was absolutely fabulous. From appetizers to the main course. Our server, Cassandra was extremely knowledgeable and very, very helpful. We had a vegan guest and got an amazing meal for her.

In order of experience. Online booking was great. Restaurant called day of as a reminder which I think is a nice touch. Super easy arrival with valet parking. Table was on first floor - would have really preferred second floor. Best way I can describe the first floor is it felt “corporate”. Service was fine and prompt. No noticeable delays in drinks or food. First bite was interesting. Not a lot of flavor, but did have heat. Burrata appetizer was very good. Might have been the highlight. Would prefer an entree to be the highlight. Wild boar and pasta was very tasty but something I could do at home. It’s was literally pasta and shredded meat. It was missing elegance in presentation. Spanish lamb was very tender, but lacked flavor. That was odd and a bit of a bummer. Worth sending back to the kitchen? No, of course not. Frankly I couldn’t tell you why it lacked flavor. It seemed correctly cooked and looked visually appealing. Mixed drinks were good - cosmo and smoked old fashioned. Wine was reasonably priced and we had a Pinot from Oregon. About $250 (before tip) for bottle of water, two mixed drinks, bottle of wine, one appetizer, two entrees. I think pricing was fine. So overall I think the whole experience was pretty good. But the ambiance felt a little corporate vs niche/ boutique. I would go back. Their menu is seasonal so that has the appeal of being able to try new entrees.

We had a lovely evening for a friends birthday celebration. I would say that I found the dinner choices a little limited for me. I thought that the mains sounded a little rich and heavy. I ended up ordering two appetisers. Our servers and the bar staff were all very friendly and made a wonderful evening for our party. Thank you.

It was our first time dining at Sage. The ambiance , attention to details by the waitstaff , the curated menu by the chef all contributed to a wonderful experience! From the reservations manager to the bar tenders, and everyone who served us, they made our experience memorable. I highly recommend Sage as an established restaurant that stands above the crowd.
