About this restaurant

  • Great for brunch
  • Good for special occasions
  • Romantic
Built in 1866, this house – known as “Kentucky” – has had a few owners, but no one like Percy Plunkett!

In 1928, Percy and his family bought the property and they made it their own. Living, growing and sharing memories that resinate within the area.

Now with everything we’re doing, we pay homage to Percy Plunkett, the history of this beautiful house and the local area.

At Percy Plunkett we appreciate spontaneity, so reservations for parties of less than 5 are not able to be made. Walk ins are highly encouraged, and a waitlist should not be expected on weekdays. Reservations for groups of 5-12 can be made here through OpenTable, but groups of 13+ or if you are interested in booking our private function room, should make a reservation enquiry to bookings@percyplunkett.com.au .

Great food with a very curated menu. Also Very kid friendly As a venue and staff all accommodating my boisterous nephews. Never felt pressure to hurry our meal and we were the last ones to leave. Best pancakes ever

We just love percys I take a lot of family and friends for there first visit and they love it and then start taking there friends along. As a parent with young kids 5 and 9 it’s a great spot with the cubby house and toys plus lawn for kids to be kids, whilst mum and dad get to have some food and chill
