Understaffed, overcharged. Service was slow/poor, food marginal, and small servings, and unreasonably overcharged. Would not repeat, do not recommend.

We went early for dinner because we had a concert to attend. One person was bartender and server for 5 tables. He told us to pick a table; we sat there for 20 minutes while he ran around taking care of too many people. We finally left.

We visited the Painted Rino for an early Valentine's Day dinner and had a great time. We each had a nice cocktail and shared the truffle fries. I had the fish and chips Friday special which includes a glass of wine (or beer) and my husband had the Wagyu burger. Both were very good. Service was excellent. It was a nice evening.

We were excited to order but after an hour of waiting for our food to come out and very little explanation or check-ins from the staff. We cancelled our order and left. Also they were missing several key items on the menu. Sadly I won’t ever go there again.

My brother & I took our Dad here for his Birthday. When our waitress found out it was his special day, she brought over bubbly for all of us on the house! The service was great and the food was tasty. Definitely would recommend.

This was a fun night as we unexpectedly arrived at the beginning of Tuesday trivia night. Fun atmosphere and great music. Although the menu is limited on trivia night, the wagyu burger was delicious. The bartender/waitress was friendly but she needed another person helping out. Everyone in my group enjoyed themselves. I would go back.

I think we misunderstood and thought this was a full restaurant, not just a bar with bar food in the lobby of the hotel. At first our server was great and then he disappeared and we seemed to be forgotten. We were going to get a few things to snack on so we started with the fries and then no one talked to us. We had to ask twice for more water after our drinks and water were gone. We had to ask twice for the check. The lighting was going up and down. I don't know. It was weird. The drinks tasted good and the fries were good but that's all we had so.... If I stayed in the hotel and wanted a drink and a snack it would be fine but we won't be back as locals.

Valentines days dinner had horrible service cause there was one server for 15 tables, which is unfair to the server and those who come to dine. They need to staff better for a better experience
