There was a wide variety of food that everyone could enjoy and we all agreed it was very good/tasty. We had excellent service -- very attentive and multiple people stopping by the tables. We were very pleased with our experience.

Niče. Beautiful. Buffet was solid but everything was lacking flavor, I will have to try them for a normal evening dinner before I make a decide.

This was our 4th Easter Brunch here. We were unable to attend last year. We were disappointed the pasta station was gone and the dessert table appeared to have fewer options. Overall we were still pleased and the entire staff was amazing

When we checked in we were told we didn’t need a reservation. I said oh we have one and he said you don’t need one, just sit wherever. It was very bizarre. The cocktails were not drinkable. We had them made more than once and had to switch to beer and wine. The server was very nice and did a good job but the bartender needs help along with the host. The food was fine but space felt like a cafeteria. I was disappointed and wanted to leave but we were staying at the hotel and it was convenient. Will not return.

Me and my husband went to the Overlook Kitchen and Bar as a night out to ourselves and had a wonderful experience the service by Kayla was impeccable very attentive and helpful, kind and wonderful energy around her. I didn’t feel like it was a force smile just because of the job she generally made us feel comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended will definitely eat there again. Only critique I would say would be to add a little bit more maybe to the menu for the food part

I made a brunch reservation for 11am Saturday 9/20. There was mo one to greet me and my friend, no one behind the bar and no waiters! I had to go to The Market to find someone. When at last someone appeared, my friend and I decided to leave and find another nearby restaurant. Clearly you have staffing issues! So disappointed.

Went to The Overlook during Cincinnati Burger week. Sat outside on hot evening because small indoor seating area was very loud. Burger prepared for the week special was very good but that was the only positive. Service was very slow and delay in receiving check that had to be requested. We have been to this location previously with similar results. We will avoid going out here.
