Food is good. Tried the tasting menu, and us 3 people were left still hungry at the end as portions are small. The Sake pairing was great.

overall another amazing experience at Omai. this was my 5th dining experience at Omai and my girlfriends first time. overall we had an amazing experience. there was a bit of miscommunication with allergies however Omai immediately adjusted our dishes and were amazing. we had the valentine’s day set menu which was an slight homage to their some staple dishes from their regular pre-fix tasting menu with different valentines specific entrees *note we forgot to take a photo of our fav dish which was the black cod scallop and black rice

Was looking forward to dinner but wasn’t informed beforehand that they were doing a strictly prefixed menu. The menu had nothing that we were excited to try so didn’t want to pay the overpriced tag per person and just left. Next time would be good to let people know if that’s going to be the case when you’re confirming reservations day before so people can decide if they want to do that.

Went out to eat with my beautiful girlfriend for valentine’s day. There was a special menu that included 1 new dish at a higher price which is to be expected but I expected both menus to be available. Tasted good.

Did the tasting menu - it was delicious. Good value for the price. Wish the temperature was warmer in there though. I was freezing.

The tasting menu was wonderful! Great value for the quality of food you are getting. The tasting menu captured a good part of the menu and we didn’t feel like we were missing anything. The staff was super attentive and very polite and kind. Definitely worth the visit. Great place.

Loved our meal - and have loved this restaurant for many years! A Toronto treasure. The sake pairings were excellent and interesting, and the Uni toast divine.
