Greek Night 🇬🇷✨ Visited Meraki Greek Bistro in Williamsburg and it did not disappoint. From the beef and chicken meatballs to a classic souvlaki platter paired with the tastiest tzatziki, this meal was a solid 10/10! 🍊 I also got to try portokalopita (a classic Greek orange pie) for the very first time! I love trying new things, and this was the perfect sweet finish. Tag who you would bring here for date night or a foodie date! 👍🏼 #nycfoodie #nycfoodie #greekcuisine #williamsburgeats #williamsburgfood

AUTHENTIC GREEK CUISINE 🇬🇷 - This was our first time at a Greek Restaurant, and it won’t be our last. We’ve been invited to Mediterranean restaurants, that have little accents of Greece, but we got the real deal at this place, and loved the food. If you’re like us, and the first things you think of when someone mentions Greek food are: gyro’s, falafel, and a Greek salad 🥗, you aren’t far off from most people. The last thing we wanted to show you were items that you already know of, basically street food, as the new term is, and as the people sitting next to us ordered. When I heard one of them say, “Greek salad,” I could help but chuckle 🤭 a bit. We ordered some items we were familiar with, and some that just sounded magnificent, and trust, everything was phenomenal. From the blue and white decor, to match the colors of the flag, to the swanky seating up front, to the cozy benches with pretty pillows and woven chairs. We loved the windows on the wall, and the barn doors to the restroom. They have a lovely drink 🍷 menu with great names like: Spartan Spirit, Baklava Sour, and Naxos Odyssey. We tried an appetizer, salad, one of the Chef’s Specializes as an entrée, a side, and a trio dessert 🍮 with sparkling water 💦. I need to find that water. It was so crisp and clean tasting, imported from Greece. Come taste a cuisine that will forever stay in your heart, where you’ll be back for more. #invited #hosted #greekfoodnyc #nycrestaurants #nycmamíonthemove
