About this restaurant

Masakari is a Japanese fusion restaurant in Brooklyn that offers a fun, upbeat vibe and a menu of traditional Japanese cooking techniques combined with modern ingredients and flavors. The owner and chef was trained in Kyoto, and brings his extensive skill and talent to every dish on the Masakari menu. Diners at Masakari can start with wasabi shrimp dumplings or a sushi bar appetizer like oyster shots, before moving on to the extensive menu of entrŽes and sushi plates. Grilled duck, yaki udon and pineapple fried rice are just a few of the local favorites, and be sure to try the delicious mochi ice cream in green tea or mango before you go.
