Didn’t expect to be dazzled in gold during my meal. ✨This was a really unique experience and I enjoyed many of the cuts of fish. I’m not usually the biggest fan of white fish cuts but the ones used were surprisingly rich in flavor. ✧12 course omakase✧ ✦Snow crab chawanmushi ✦Golden eye snapper ✦Scallop with lime and yuzu salt ✦Striped jack ✦Flounder fish ✦Sablefish with truffle ✦Amberjack with yuzu kosho ✦King salmon ✦Toro with caviar and edible gold ✦Eel and foie gras ✦Toro hand roll ✦Green tea pudding 📍Masaaki 214-16 41st Ave, Bayside, NY 11361 #Omakase #japanese #nyceats #bayside #queenseats

The art of omakase 🍣✨ Omakase has to be my favorite type of dining experience because you simply get the best quality fish where the chef knows how to prepare it the best and you really get to savour and enjoy each bite! 🤩 @masaaki_nyc is a great spot in Bayside, Queens which honestly feels more higher end and fancier than the typical omakase spots you find in Manhattan. Priced at $98 per person for 15 courses, it’s really such a great deal for the quality! ✅ They even sprinkle gold dust on your chutoro sushi with caviar! The whole experience was so much fun and we enjoyed every course, even the matcha pudding for dessert! 🍮 Follow @itskimpham for more NYC / Queens food finds and hidden gems! 💎 📍Bayside, Queens #baysidequeens #queensfoodie #queensnyc #omakasenyc #omakasesushi

Just had an INCREDIBLE Omakase experience at MASAAKI, I’m so OBSESSED with creative courses @masaaki_nyc absolutely is my new obsession. MASAAKI absolute is your next sushi spot in Bayside, from the elegant, cozy atmosphere to the attentive and professional service—everything was flawless, OMG, such an EXPERIENCE ‼️ The fish was unbelievably fresh, the flavors so subtle & wonderful, and the presentation was beautiful — almost too pretty to eat ~ even can’t beat that. The chef was not only highly skilled but also friendly and engaging, explaining each course in detail, allowing me to truly appreciate the essence of Japanese cuisine. Each dish was a work of art, with a perfect balance of color, texture, and flavor. The sashimi and sushi were especially outstanding—fresh, delicate, and melting in my mouth. If you’re into Japanese food, @masaaki_nyc in Bayside is a must-try! This place is huge, but still cozy with a modern vibe—perfect for a chill dinner or a special night out. The food? So good. The sashimi is super fresh, the crispy rice tuna is packed with flavor, and the miso black cod is just chef’s kiss. They even have ramen, which hits perfectly on a cold day. 🍜 With a full bar, extensive menu, and solid prices, it’s no surprise this spot stays busy. Definitely worth coming back for! Save for your next sushi date!! @masaaki_nyc offers both counter style omakase along with a la carte rolls out in Bayside. The fried oyster app was sooo good. I also HIGHLY recommend you get their specialty rolls, which are packed with fresh seafood and flavor. Extensive menu offerings and full bar, making this place a crowd pleaser. They are also featuring a NYC Restaurant Week menu, with a two course lunch ($30) or three course dinner ($60) if you’re looking to try an array of their offerings! Perfect for an elevated date or even large party. Reservations recommended. #foodiehui — 📍[Hosted] Masaaki • Yaki Oyster, Crispy Tuna, Sashimi Deluxe, Masaaki Roll, Ocean Roll, Kamameshi Rice (Eel) . . . . #nyc #nycfood #nyceats #nycbites#nycresturants #newforkcity #foodie #foodblogger #eatingnyc #foodphotography#lovefood #ilovenewyork #newyorklife #bayside #sushi #seafood #omakase
