The service was pathetic. Our waitress tried her very best without the support she needed. My colleague never received her adult beverage. Another colleague recieved her meal, which was a burger and fries, 52 minutes after she ordered it. It was awful. I voiced my comcern to the manager. She initially struggled with receiving my feedback however, later approached me and apologized.

This was our first time at Henry's. I ordered the cobb salad, and it was not good. The chicken was tough and had no flavor. There was a mountain of croutons, which I don't like and didn't know it came with. Definitely nothing special. My husband ordered the meat lovers flatbread and the crust was tough and there wasn't much meat on it. It also had no flavor. Our bartender was very nice and did a great job, and the place was lively. It would maybe be a good place to hang out and have drinks. They have garage doors that slide up, so the entire place is indoor/outdoor. Very cool!

They were out of several items. Felt bad for the server to a point. Seems he was the only one waiting on our side of the restaurant. Took forever to order and took forever to get the food. Took so long everyone at the table celebrated a Birthday. Never came back to refill water except when we asked for the check. My wife and I ordered the fish and chips. It was the same for both dishs. the fish batter was greasy and soggy. Chips were barely warm. One guest ordered the ribs, the other the smash burger. I was told the ribs were good. However, the burger bun was greasy and the burgers were about tasteless. Sad to say we will not be going back.

Essen war kalt, musste zurück gegeben werden, das neue Gericht war dann warm. Musste aber dreimal bescheid geben. Wasser und Cola refill hat ewig gedauert, Rechnung war erst falsch und musste nach meiner Reklamation geändert werden.

My first time at Henry’s. The food was good. Had the sesame tuna which was really good. The right amount of spice and a good portion of tuna. The service was not so good. It took me too long to check in for my reservation (the first server I encountered did not want to be bothered). Then I was told to sit anywhere. I picked a seat by the window that another customer had just left. No one offered to clean it or asked me if I needed anything. I moved by the bar. Same inappropriate time to get service. Finally someone came to help. I almost left. Decent food but not good service.

Granted it was 4th of July and we were in Denver for a very large convention - about 7.000 people. The server was not very accurate or attentive. So several mistakes with food and drink orders. Also the food came out like it was sitting under a heat lamp for a while, it took about 45 mins to get our food. So the food was not great.
