Food quality was excellent as usual. Service was subpar this visit and was rushed. Wait staff didn't even wait for the app to apply points. Was told to use them next time.

It was very good. The meat was high-quality. The chicken, karage was fantastic. As well as the cheese wontons were phenomenal. Definitely recommend it’s a little bit pricey but it’s worth it.

The food tasted good service was a little slow when seating our party, our waiter was a little more attentive. My parter and I were feeling a bit sick in the night time and morning as well as others in our group.

As a single mama with a child who has food sensitivity it is great to know I can come back! My son ate his kid meal and wanted some of my food as well. Irivin, our server, was spectacular at making sure we had what we needed, tips on how to eat certain meats, didn’t stress me about the small stuff I clearly was starting to stress about. The experience was great and when we come back I hope Irvin could be our server.

Good ambiance and attentive servers. But at points felt like they were pushing us out because it was a long walk in wait that we noticed when we left. Food was a bit salty.

Irvin was the highlight of the meal. Friendliest server and super helpful. He was fun and smiled a lot. Made the meal even more enjoyable. The supporting staff were also helpful and attentive clearing plates and changing the grill plate. The only disappointment was the zucchini. It was I think a little over four dollars and we only got four slices, which was so ridiculous we laughed. We will skip that next time.

It actually went better than the last time we went there. The food is always great and our seating area was a great choice. We’re also going tonight for my husband’s birthday so another experience. Thank you!

I reserved a table for 7 and ordered the Ultimate All-You-Can-Eat menu. However, we were told that none of the Yaki-Shabu beef options were available to AYCE customers—not because they were sold out, but because all Yaki-Shabu was being reserved for the “25th Anniversary Yaki-Shabu Mountain,” a separate promotional dish that is not included in the AYCE menu. There was no notice about this restriction when we made the reservation or before we ordered. In short, during Gyu-Kaku’s 25th anniversary promotion, customers paying for the regular Ultimate AYCE menu are actually receiving a more limited selection than usual, with no advance warning. Very disappointing, especially for a group that specifically chose the Ultimate menu expecting the advertised selection. What a Gyu-Kaku style to celebrate the anniversary.

I hadn't been here for probably three years, and I'd say it's gotten a lot more expensive (because of a huge emphasis on pricey package deals), and the ambience has deteriorated just because it is dark and tired. So I ended up spending $100 for 2 people; appetizer meat sushi not so great, the miso soup very bland, the meat package was good, salad was very good; nice touch with s'mores at the end.
