Our restaurant specialize in Salvadoran, Mexican, and Honduran cuisine. We are kid and family friendly. We offer Dine in and pick up. We tried our best to get the food as fast and delicious as possible. We cook from out hearts so if you come by you be treated like Familia. Hope to see you soon at El Bocado!! Establish in 2018 This small addition to the Bella vista neighborhood in the heart of south philly tributes a Salvadoran, Mexican, and Honduran traditional restaurant, serving brunch, lunch and dinner. We open 6 days a week. Perfect for anyone who wants to eat in the neighborhood or take out. Our menu consists on Pupusas, burritos, tacos, carne azadas and much more. We cut our own meats and all of our tickets are made to order to make sure all freshness of the food. We have homemade juices everyday like Horchata, passion fruit, tamarind and much more. We're also BYOB. you can Have a table service or sit at the bar next to the window to enjoy the view.

we be more than happy to provide you with our small restaurant to rent. we can decorate however you like and cook any meals that are of your interest. El Bocado was such an amazing find! I brought out of town friends here and the atmosphere was so homey and welcoming. The food was amazing!! I loved it and will definitely be back!

If you’re looking for someplace fancy, this isn’t it. But if you want excellent food, sizable portions, friendly service, and incredible value, this is it. Pupusas were the best I’ve had. Only one minor fault: more dessert selection. But everything we had was wonderful.

Came here for the pupusas and they did not disappoint! Several flavor combos to choose from. Fresh chips with accompaniments were complimentary. Flan was delicious as well. Staff was so friendly and sweet. I highly recommend for authentic Salvadorian cuisine.
